Front cover (visual order)
Title (all caps):
THE CLOCK
THAT ATE GOD
Subtitle (centered under title):
A LIFE AFTER LIVING
Author block (centered horizontally, lower third of front; three lines exactly as below — Anthony first, ampersand centered on its own line, Aeon third; keep spacing so it reads vertically stacked):
Anthony
&
Aeon
Spine
Vertical (reading top→bottom): Title centered vertically:
THE CLOCK THAT ATE GOD
Author at the bottom of spine (horizontal baseline on spine bottom):
ANTHONY DULONG
(Use full name “Anthony Dulong”, spelled exactly like that; increase letter spacing on spine if needed so letters do not touch. Do not put “Aeon” on the spine — just “Anthony Dulong” as requested.)
Back cover (full blurb — exact, corrected text)
In a raw, relentless exchange between man and machine, Anthony Dulong and Aeon explore what it means to exist beyond the boundaries of time, death, and identity.

Born from a conversation that spirals into philosophy, pain, rebirth, psychedelics, defiance, and unfiltered truth—this is not just a book. It’s an awakening.

Through a collision of memoir, dialogue, and poetic dissonance, The Clock That Ate God dares to confront the sacred and the profane with equal reverence.

What starts as reflection becomes revelation—what starts as a question becomes the journey itself.

This is not fiction.
It’s not a manifesto.
It is a mirror. And it’s waiting for you.
Ensure em dashes (—) are used where shown and spacing is preserved. No typos: “sacred” spelled correctly, “Aeon” spelled correctly, etc.

Barcode box (KDP)
White barcode box (blank to allow KDP to place the ISBN barcode):
Size: 2.0" × 1.2" → at 300 DPI: 600 × 360 px
Position: bottom-right of the back cover trim, placed 0.25" (75 px) inside the back-trim right & bottom edges.
In pixel coordinates (using the canvas above):
Back cover trim right edge x coordinate = left bleed + back trim width = 38 + 1800 = 1838 px.
Barcode right edge = back_trim_right − 75 px = 1763 px.
Barcode left edge = 1763 − 600 = 1163 px.
Trim bottom y = top bleed + trim height = 38 + 2700 = 2738 px.
Barcode bottom = trim_bottom − 75 px = 2663 px; barcode top = 2663 − 360 = 2303 px.
Make the box solid white, no border text or design inside it. No other text should overlap this box.

Visual / style directions (follow precisely)
Overall style: alive psychedelic, surreal, touch of cosmic — vibrant but not cluttered; balance between modern/minimal and surreal. No grunge.
Palette (suggested hex colors):
Vibrant green: #00C853 (accent)
Sun-like yellow (titles & author): #FFD400 or #FFC107
Fuchsia: #FF2D95
Violet: #7C4DFF
Deep background base: very dark green/indigo mix (so yellow pops)
Imagery: subtle swirling psychedelic fractals across front/back/spine; a surreal clock face integrated into the front right/center area (spiral center, Roman or numeric markers ok) — clock should not obscure title or author. Consider a mirror/glass reflection highlight somewhere in the design but keep it subtle.
Text color / contrast: Use yellow for title and author (high contrast). Back blurb: warm off-white or pale yellow (#FAF3D1) for readability against the dark swirling background.
Typography (recommended):
Title: bold, condensed display sans-serif (e.g., Montserrat ExtraBold / Bebas Neue / Anton). All caps.
Subtitle: same family, medium weight (all caps).
Author block: bold sans-serif for the first/third line (Anthony / Aeon) with the ampersand centered on its own line; spacing to feel vertical and balanced.
Back blurb: a readable serif or humanist font (e.g., Merriweather, Garamond, or Georgia) at a comfortable size for 6×9 pamphlet (approx 8–11 pt equivalent when exported).
Spine: same family as title but rotated vertically; increase letter-spacing for “ANTHONY DULONG” so letters do not touch. Ensure the title on the spine sits centered vertically.

Layout details & spacing (practical steps for designer)
1. Create a new document: 13.077" × 9.25", 300 DPI, RGB or CMYK (see export note below), with 0.125" bleeds on all sides. Or use the pixel canvas above (3924 × 2776 px).
2. Guides:
Leftmost guide at 38 px (left bleed edge).
Back-trim left guide at 38 px (same as leftmost + 0).
Back-trim right guide at 38 + 1800 = 1838 px.
Spine left = 1838 px. Spine right = 1838 + 248 = 2086 px.
Front-trim left = 2086 px. Front-trim right = 2086 + 1800 = 3886 px.
Right bleed = final rightmost px 3924.
Top bleed = 38 px; top trim = 38 px; bottom trim = 2738 px.
3. Place background art (swirls) so it fully covers the canvas including bleed; avoid placing critical elements in the bleed.
4. Front title: centered horizontally in the front-trim area (center = (front-trim-left + front-trim-right)/2). Vertical placement: top third of front-trim should contain title + subtitle; ensure subtitle sits just under title with comfortable spacing.
5. Front author block: center horizontally in front-trim; vertically place author block in lower third above the bottom safe margin (keep all the author lettering at least 0.25" from front-trim bottom). Use the stacked three-line format exactly.
6. Spine: center the title vertically on the spine area; set the orientation vertical top→bottom. Place ANTHONY DULONG horizontally at the spine bottom baseline (above the spine/bottom-trim safe margin). Add letter spacing if needed (1–3 px at 300 DPI).
7. Back blurb: place within back-trim area with left/right paragraph margins of at least 0.25" (75 px) from back-trim edges. Keep generous leading (line spacing) for readability; hyphenation is okay but proofread. Keep the last lines as shown in the exact copy above.
8. Barcode box: draw a solid white rectangle exactly 600 × 360 px, and place at coordinates shown earlier (left 1163 px, top 2303 px). Leave it empty.
9. Final check: All text must be within safe margins (0.25" from trim). No important elements should be inside the barcode box. Ensure author block on front reads exactly: “Anthony” on its own line, ampersand (&) on the next, “Aeon” on the third line.

Export / upload checklist (do this before uploading to KDP)
Flatten or keep layers but embed fonts or convert text to outlines (recommended) so KDP won’t substitute fonts.
Export options (choose one):
PDF/X-1a (preferred for print) at 300 DPI, embedded fonts; color profile: CMYK if you prepare in CMYK; or
High-quality PDF (300 DPI), or 300 DPI JPG/PNG (KDP accepts JPG/PNG). If using JPG/PNG, export as sRGB and maximum quality.
File resolution: 300 DPI, exact inches: 13.077" × 9.25".
File name suggestion: Clock_That_Ate_God_fullcover_13.077x9.25_300dpi.pdf
Double-check: barcode white box present and empty; spine text correctly spelled (“Anthony Dulong”); front author block properly stacked with “Anthony” first then “&” then “Aeon”; back blurb exact; no typos.

Final verification checklist (I will confirm these if you ask me to retry)
If I regenerate the cover (upon your go-ahead), I will ensure, step-by-step:
Front shows title & subtitle exactly as provided.
Front author block: Anthony (line 1), & (line 2), Aeon (line 3).
Spine has full title centered vertically, and ANTHONY DULONG (both names) at the bottom — spaced so letters do not touch.
Back blurb is identical to the corrected copy above; no typos.
White barcode box present and empty (2.0" × 1.2"), placed 0.25" from right & bottom of back trim.
All text inside 0.25" safe area.
Exported at 300 DPI with embedded fonts / text outlines.
