• You grant FrAInster permission to display, store, and moderate AI-generated content.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that generated content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
• We may moderate, restrict, or remove any content deemed inappropriate or harmful.

5. Credits & Payments

Some features on FrAInster require AI image credits. By purchasing credits:

• You agree to our pricing and payment policies via Stripe or PayPal.
• Credits are non-refundable and expire if your account is closed.
• FrAInster reserves the right to change pricing at any time with notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and AI-generated features are the intellectual property of FrAInster or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them without explicit permission.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• You misuse the platform or harm other users.
